How long is the dispatch?
The order in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. We handle orders from Monday to Sunday but not public holidays. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping is calculated by weight and is automatically when you do the check out.
If I choose to pickup at Dr.Koala’s retail store, can I go get it immediately after I make the order?
No, you can’t. We would send you the pickup confirmation through WhatsApp first.
Is there a store pickup period?
Yes, you need to finish store pick-up within 90 days after getting the pick-up confirmation. If order has not been picked up within the pick-up period, the overdue order will be cancelled and no refund arrangement will be made.
Do I get notifications when the order is dispatched?
Yes, the system will notify you and provide you the tracking number through email. You may check the status a few hours later after receiving the notification.
Can I choose a time for sending out the goods?

Can I choose a time slot for receiving the goods?
